Biography

A practice shaped by many disciplines.

Carolina Barreiro Valdez is a transformation and change management leader whose work brings together technology, education, leadership, and organisational development. With an engineering background and an MBA with distinction in Agile Leadership and Transformation, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to complex change.

Her career spans consulting, tech project management, research, and teaching across Latin America and Europe, with experience leading organisational transformation, capability building, governance design, and strategic technology adoption.

She is also Managing Director of Beautiful Patterns, an MIT-linked initiative creating pathways for women in STEM. Her work is defined by analytical depth, strategic thinking, and a human-centred approach to inclusive transformation.
